What I Love

A new Friday Ritual: I have a personal goal to photograph 101 Things I Love.

There are two “things” in these photos: Hiking and Michigan’s Porcupine Mountains.

We went at the height of color, just before a windy cold front came plowing in over Lake Superior.  And since we stayed in a yurt on the shores of the lake, it sounded like a blustery blizzard all the night through.  But we loved it and plan to do it again next year and probably every year from now on.

About lionsdaughter

I like to make things, lots of things, but not all things. I love to sew, knit, embroider, take pictures, scrapbook, dye fibers, work clay in the summer, garden. I want to try weaving, spinning, and stain glass work. I have no interest in auto body, upholstery, or tanning (either working animal skin or purposefully darkening my own).
