Crafty shopping in Minneapolis

Oh! Minneapolis, how I love you.

First stop: Darn It, Anyway in Stillwater.  This is almost exactly how MY yarn store would look if I were inclined to retail.

Bought some cotton fleece for a project I’ll share soon:

I did get my cross stitch done. Here’s a preview of its frame:

Next stop: Crafty Planet in NE Minneapolis.  This is one of my all-time favorite stores.

Lastly (and not crafty at all): Excellent seats at Twins game.

Tomorrow is going to be considerably calmer.

About lionsdaughter

I like to make things, lots of things, but not all things. I love to sew, knit, embroider, take pictures, scrapbook, dye fibers, work clay in the summer, garden. I want to try weaving, spinning, and stain glass work. I have no interest in auto body, upholstery, or tanning (either working animal skin or purposefully darkening my own).
