A New Hat and more POTD

Oh, I meant to get so much done last week, and it didn’t happen.

Here’s a new hat for my daughter:

Made with one skein of Mochi rainbow and one skein of Mochi green.

Here are the POTD photo challenges of the last three days:

Hands: My dad and I took my airplane-obsessed son to see Red Tails (great movie!); my dad drove.

A Stranger: this one was hard, but luckily I was at my nephew’s basketball tournament, so shooting a stranger wasn’t as obvious.  I think I like the blurred effect.

10am: this one was a little hard too.  It’s a “real” shot – nothing staged here as I was busy making a cake for a little SuperBowl shindig. (I’m going to knit with my friend Janine – in truth, I don’t even know who’s playing!)

About lionsdaughter

I like to make things, lots of things, but not all things. I love to sew, knit, embroider, take pictures, scrapbook, dye fibers, work clay in the summer, garden. I want to try weaving, spinning, and stain glass work. I have no interest in auto body, upholstery, or tanning (either working animal skin or purposefully darkening my own).
